We use the email address given on the order form to contact you regarding your order, and to send you a receipt for your purchase via our secure credit card processing network. In order to successfully process your order, we MUST have a valid and current email address. As such, we will not misuse your information. Our business depends on it.

We DO NOT sell rent, or otherwise share your email address with any third party. At Florabotanica, WE ARE ANTI-SPAM! Our business depends on it.

In fact, we have taken the extra precaution of encrypting our own email addresses (from email harvesting programs), in order to keep our mailboxes open and available to our current and prospective clients. Again, (we can’t say it enough) our business depends on it.

We do send occasional promotions via email to our customers. You will be given an opportunity to opt out of future mailings. It is our hope, of course, that you will find our communications to be valuable and informative.

Your Credit Card Information

When you select the “Check Out” button on the shopping cart page, you are redirected to our secure server, where your confidential information cannot be collected during transmittal to the credit card processor.

Your credit card information is deleted immediately after your order is completed. Our credit card gateway receives and processes your information without human interaction. This is the most secure method possible of handling credit card transactions, and is actually more secure than using your credit card in a store or restaurant!
